Gorgeous Networks Ltd Matchmaking service - Incorporating brands:

1. Terms and Conditions of Acceptance 

To protect your interest, you must read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this match consultancy and services agreement before using any of our services provided by Gorgeous Networks and/or registering to be a member or client (“Client”) with any of the brands that we operate.

1. Terms and Conditions of Acceptance


1.1 Clients must read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions before using Gorgeous Networks’ (“GN”) matchmaking and consultancy services.

1.2 Services are provided within London and the Home Counties, unless otherwise specified. When we take on clients in other areas we cannot guarantee all candidates presented will be local to their location.


1.3 Commencement of Services requires:

· (a) Completion of the application/enrolment process and submission of ID (passport or driving licence).

· (b) Full payment of fees (or agreed instalments kept up to date).

· (c) Agreement to these Terms  & Conditions.


1.4 Services commence on the date following evaluation.


 

1.5 Termination of Services occurs when:

· (a) The agreed membership term expires and the contracted number of date proposals (normally two/Taster or, four or six, depending on membership type or 2-3 per month on the Hybrid membership -unless otherwise agreed) have  been provided/presented.

· (b) The client provides written/email notice to terminate. (No refunds will be issued except where GN breaches these Terms & Conditions.)

· (c) GN exercises its discretion where clients breach behavioural standards or excessively reject introductions. Rejecting excessive candidates means over 80% of profiles sent. Under these circumstances we refer to the original alignment that was gathered from the enrolment form and subsequent video evaluation. We have a specific matching formula that we adhere to, using our 25+ years of experience and expertise, we prioritise matches to align the fundamental aspects that are going to sustain a long term meaningful and harmonious relationship. Once those candidates have been identified, we then try and mutually match up as many o each clients preferences as possible but are transparent in our process that all personal preferences are not always able to be met. We ask that clients fully integrate with our tried and tested formula as part of the agreement to join the service. Our excellent track record of success in coupling people up relies on us following our own formula.


 

1.6 On termination of Services, this Agreement also terminates.


 

1.7 Membership packages are non-transferable and non-saleable.


 

1.8 GN reserves the right of final explanation in disputes.


 

1.9 Where candidates/ profiles have been proposed and mutual agreement to meet cannot be obtained, GN may either suggest a) widening the remit b) improving the profile or c) increasing length of membership or terminate membership. If terminated under circumstances beyond the agency’s control,( i.e. – a) b) c) ) being consistently rejected consultation fees remain non-refundable (except where GN has breached its own Terms).

1.10 Clients on finance instalment packages must continue payments during any freeze/hold period or if they meet someone.

2. Services

2.1 GN provides one-to-one matchmaking consultancy Bespoke and hybrid and related services, using expertise and information supplied by the client. Preferences will be considered but cannot always be guaranteed.

2.2 Clients (except Passive Members) agree to accept GN consultants’ recommendations and introductions. Services are deemed fulfilled once contracted introductions are proposed whether or not meetings take place. (Hybrid). For bespoke service, more personal service is included and more closely fitting matches are identified in terms of trying to meet more of the clients remit. However if client continually rejects the matches proposed, GN has the right to terminate or suspend membership. We first ask the client for solid feedback in why the profiles are being rejected so we can take on board anything we can to do seek closer matches going forward. If we do not receive feedback on matches rejected by the client we have the right to inform the client of a pause in their membership until we receive feedback to help us more forward.

Discretion is in the hands of the MD – but usually we would expect clients to at least agree to a call if all preferences and alignment is met. If proposals are rejected and they have all met the original remit in terms of alignment on aspects relating to sustaining a long terms meaningful relationship, the companies match formula, GN has the right to suspend or terminate membership with no refund.

2.3 Additional coaching/image consultation services are available at extra cost.

2.4 Refunds are not offered for completed services. In disputes, GN may extend membership at its discretion as a goodwill gesture.

2.5 Contact: Clients may communicate by email. Calls are limited (Calls are included in bespoke membership only a- not the Hybrid membership) Additional coaching fees will be discussed in advance and charged separately


 

2.6 Accounts may be placed on hold up to 2 months, three times within a 6-month package, with one month’s notice to resume or if possible the management will commence service sooner..

2.7 GN reserves the right to terminate memberships in cases of abuse, bullying, or persistent unreasonable complaints.



 

2.8 GN has final discretion over the use of client profile information and photos.
 

2.9 GN is not obliged to exceed the contracted number of introductions. If suitable matches cannot be found within the membership term, GN may extend the membership on a passive basis but refunds will not be issued.

2.10 Passive (Guest) Membership provides opportunities to be selected as a potential match by paying clients.


 

2.11 Passive Members acknowledge that GN does not actively search on their behalf, but retains their profile for potential matching opportunities.


 

2.12 Clients agree to follow GN’s proven matchmaking formula and understand this is not a self-selection dating service. Not all personal preferences will be met.


3. Terms of Usage


3.1 Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.


3.2 Clients must comply with UK law and must not engage in unlawful conduct. Nor must they solicit people they are introduced to for money or gifts


3.3 All candidate profiles and information provided are confidential and must not be shared with third parties. This breaches GDPR and we are entitled to terminate membership with immediate effect if this is found to be the case.

3.4 Clients must respect other candidates during introductions and adhere to dating etiquette.


4. Disclaimer


4.1 GN provides services to the best of its ability but does not guarantee success in forming relationships.


4.2 GN’s liability is limited to fees paid by the client.


5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 GN is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, goodwill, or data.


5.2 GN’s liability is always limited to the total fees paid by the client.


6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Collection of Information


We collect personal data (name, address, contact details, preferences, ID, photos, payment information, etc.) for the purpose of providing matchmaking services. Sensitive information (health, political, religious data) may be processed with explicit consent.


6.2 Use of Information


Information is used to:

· Deliver contracted matchmaking      services.

· Verify client identity.

· Manage financial transactions.

· Provide updates, events, and      service information (with consent).

6.3 Data Security

· Client data is securely stored.

· Access is restricted to      authorised staff.

· Systems are password-protected      and regularly backed up.

· Offices are locked, and      physical records are secured.

 

6.4 GDPR Rights


Clients have the right to:


Access their personal data.

· Request rectification of      inaccurate data.

· Request deletion of their own      data (subject to third-party match record constraints).

· Restrict processing of their      data.

· Request data portability.

· Be notified in the event of a      qualifying data breach.


 


 

Requests should be made in writing to the Office Manager. GN will respond within 30 days.


 

6.5 Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil services, and for approximately 6 years for legal and transactional purposes.

6.6 Disclosure

We do not share client data with third parties except:

· Where required by law.

· To prevent or investigate      fraud.

· With collaborating matchmakers   (clients must consent) as part of agreeing T&C;s.

 

6.7 Client Responsibilities

· Clients must not share profiles      received from GN with non-members.

· Breaches will result in    immediate termination without refund.

7. Confirmation

7.1 By using GN’s services, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
